Newest Orchard in Manitoba

Meet Robin & Zachary

After working in Mali, West Africa in community development, we decided to return home full-time, put down some roots (literally), and give our children a rural lifestyle that we appreciated from our own childhoods. With our mutual passion for trees, our dream of growing a permaculture orchard full of fruit, berries and flowers soon took root. We believe our actions matter. We believe in making a difference. We believe regenerative farming addresses many of the deep concerns we have about our food system and our environment. We are thrilled to positively contribute to building a resilient local food system with our community.

How you can buy our food…

We grow fruit and berries, specialty cut flowers, herbs and veggies. We sell our produce at local farmers markets and through our online store.

Help! I bought a flower bouquet. How do I take care of it?

(I am glad you asked!)

  1. Water! Give fresh water everyday.

  2. Squeaky clean. Your vase should be spotlessly clean, preferably change the vase everyday with your fresh water.

  3. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and ripening fruits and vegetables.

  4. Take any wilted or dying flowers out so you can enjoy the bouquet a few more days. (Each flower has its own vase life.)
